We receive many inquires for a Pug puppy; this information helps me remember our conversations and who you are.  Since I might only have one or two litters a year, there is usually a waiting list.

1.  How many members does your family have and what are their approximate ages?

2.  What are their occupations and their hours of work?

3.  Are there likely to be any major changes in your lifestyle in the near future?  (Such as moving, pregnancy, care of the elderly, etc.)  If so, please describe.

4.  Is there someone in your family who does not want a Pug or who dislikes dogs?

5.  Is anyone allergic to animals?  If yes, what kind of animal?

11.  Would you be willing to adminster daily eye drops, have anal glands expressed if needed and have nails trimmed regularly?  Are you willing to take full financial responsibility for all veterinary care and cost for the Pug once you own him/her?

12.  Is this dog for someone else?  If so, who and why?
