Some
puppies grab your heart right from birth and "Billie"
was such a puppy! Billie has the "right stuff"
combined with the "right attitude" to make showing her
fun. She is a very correct pug with great movement and a
short, level top line. At her first show and only 8 months old, she won Winner's Bitch
from the 6 to 9 month puppy class under prestigious breeder-judge
Charlotte Patterson. She then won two Best of Breeds over
Specials and finished her championship going Best Opposite Sex
over Specials!
Her dam was Winner's Bitch at the Northern California Pug Club
Specialty in 2004, winning a 5 point major. She then won
points at several other shows. Sadly, I lost this bitch in
an accident.
Her sire is a gorgeous dog that was shown very successfully as a
Special, winning many Best of Breeds, including the Eukanuba
Invitational, Group Placements and Awards of Merit. He is
proving himself as a top producer of quality show dogs.
